Breakfast Tostada

Eggs, Crema, on a tostada
Cook Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

Tostada

  • 1/3 cup corn flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup canola oil

Huevos

  • 4 Jumbo Eggs
  • 1 diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • cilantro for garnish
  • salt
  • pepper

Crema

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
 

Tostada

  • Mix flour and warm water and create four equal balls of dough, then flatten into tortilla
  • Heat canola oil in shallow pan over medium heat, and fry tortilla until golden brown

Huevos

  • Sautee green peppers, and set aside
  • Cook eggs over easy, and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne

Crema

  • Mix all ingredients together, and whisk until light and fluffy serve over eggs, and garnish with cilantro
